Q: When and where is the event?
A: Ecopalooza 2011 is Saturday, July 23rd, 2011 at Pioneer Courthouse Square, Portland, OR.

Q: Where can I buy Ecopalooza tickets?
A: On-line at Tickets Oregon (via the Ecopalooza website) or any Safeway Grocer.

Q: Where can I park?
A: Ecopalooza does not offer any specific event parking. Pay to park on the street until 7PM and there are several pay to park parking garages surrounding Pioneer Square Courthouse.

Q: What public transportation can I take?
A: Please see the Trimet website for MAX and Bus schedule stops at Pioneer Square.

Q: When does the concert start? When does it end?
A: Doors open at 2PM and the concert ends at 10PM.

Q: Are there special arrangements for physically challenged patrons?
A: There will be an ADA entrance located on 6th and Yamhill in addition to a service area with ADA seating. We also will provide several ADA sanicans.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Dress for the weather, this is an outside event.

Q: Can children attend the event and how much are tickets for them?
A: This is an all ages event. Children 12 and younger are free.

Q: What kind of food and beverages will be available at the event?
A: Pioneer Square has provided all food venders, food includes: hot dogs, hamburgers, nachos and sandwiches. Food vendors will also provide all non-alcoholic beverages. There will be several wine and beer vendors on sight.

Q: If I leave the event, am I able to get re-entry?
A: No, there will be no re-entry.

Q: Where can I find the line-up?
A: You can find the line up at the Ecopalooza website

Q: Where is the closest ATM?
A: There are two major banks located right outside of Pioneer Square Courthouse, Wells Fargo on Morrison and Chase Bank on Yamhill.

Q: What are am I allowed to bring to Ecopalooza?
A: Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry (re-entry). You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving large bags at home.

Q: Will there be security guards and medical staff at the event?
A: We are making every effort to create a safe and secure environment at Ecopalooza. On-site security will be provided in addition to emergency medical staff.

Q: Will there be a lost and found?
A: The lost and found will be located at the Ecopalooza Team Booth.
